Our amateur assessment goes beyond the basics, offering a complete assessment of your physical capacity and body composition to help you train safely and optimize both your training and nutrition. Ideal for any athlete, regardless of level.

This package includes:

  • Electrocardiogram for athletes at rest: we assess cardiovascular health at rest to provide you with important information for safety during training.
  • Body composition analysis by impedanciometry and sports nutrition counseling: we evaluate body composition and offer sports nutrition counseling to establish an optimal food plan for physical goals.
  • Physical capacity test for athletes (maximal oxygen consumption test (VO2 max): we measure directly by means of a progressive test on a treadmill or bicycle, using a state-of-the-art mask that allows the analysis of respiratory gases.
  • Sports-medical evaluation and assessment: we perform a complete evaluation, including data analysis and specific recommendations, which will guide you towards effective training.
