Continuous glucose monitoring (14 days)
A small sensor on the back of the arm that measures glucose continuously for 14 days (subcutaneous filament, without trauma or discomfort). It shows in real time, 24/7, how the body responds to food, stress and exercise: identifying spikes, preventing hypoglycemia and adjusting the order of foods to flatten the glucose curve (which supports fat loss, appetite control, performance and the prevention of chronic disease).
